Terms & Conditions – Booking Agreement

By booking an appointment with SlayedByCathy (Catharina Brna), you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Booking an appointment is a binding agreement.

2. Beginner Notice

Please note: I am a beginner and still gaining experience. By booking an appointment, you understand that results may not be perfect or as polished as those from an advanced professional. You agree to book with realistic expectations and patience for the learning process.

3. No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. No refunds will be given due to personal preference, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. You are paying for the time, effort, and materials—not for guaranteed results.

4. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Anything after that is considered a late cancellation and may result in refusal of future appointments.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying me, you will be permanently blocked from booking again. No-shows are disrespectful and waste time and resources.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened or canceled, depending on the schedule.

7. Injury & Liability Waiver

I am not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or complications that may happen during or after your appointment. You must inform me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service. By booking, you accept full responsibility and waive all liability.

8. Results Disclaimer

Every person is different, and results will vary based on skin type, aftercare, and more. No guarantees are made about how the final result will look.

9. Photo/Video Consent

Photos or videos may be taken for portfolio and social media. If you prefer not to be recorded, please let me know before the appointment.

10. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, rudeness, or repeated violation of these terms.
